Your First Visit

Meet with Dr. Thanik for a thorough examination. He will carefully evaluate your condition and put together a customized treatment plan. He will happily address any questions you have with skill.

Review your entire treatment plan with our treatment coordinator, Alysia. She will carefully explain the plan and help you put together a financial plan. She will also help you determine your insurance benefits as they apply to your treatment.

Once all of your questions have been answered, you'll have the opportunity to schedule your next visit. We offer a variety of scheduling options between Tuesday and Fridays.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We understand the importance of quality dental care at an affordable price. Our patients rest assured knowing that we explore every avenue to lower dental costs without sacrificing the quality of care. We also understand that options are important when it comes to paying for dental care. Here are the methods we accept:

  • All major credit cards, except American Express
  • Cash or Check
  • Lending Club

INSURANCE

Although we are not contracted with any of the insurance companies, our staff happily submit claims on behalf our our patients to most major plans.

We do ask that our patients provide us with the complete information for all plans which they are insured. This allows us to submit the claim in a timely matter, decreasing your wait time for reimbursement. We happily provide your insurance company with all information necessary to process your claim to help you maximize your benefits.

If a claim is denied, we will research why the rejection occurred and either resubmit to insurance or bill you the appropriate balance. If the claim is denied a second time, the appropriate balance immediately becomes the responsibility of the patient and should be paid to us directly. You may contact your insurance company to appeal the decisions directly.

SCHEDULING OPTIONS

We do everything we can to help you find an appointment that fits the best with your busy schedule. Our regular office hours are Tuesday through Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Our staff will be happy to work with you to schedule an appointment just for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we reserve time especially for you, we as that you please give us 2 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give us time to offer that time to another patient who is in need of exceptional periodontal care. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of this policy.
