When I walked in the door, a patient was talking to the young lady working the front desk. From the just of the conversation, they were squeezing the patient in despite not having an appointment. The young lady was very polite and nonchalant about it. Dr. Thanik was very personable and knowledgeable. He was really frank (in a good way) about the "good news" and "bad news" when it came to my situation and options. He was extremely thorough with his explanations and didn't act impatient when it came to all of the questions I had for him. Even though I paid out of pocket because I was sure my insurance wouldn't cover the visit, they said they would submit it to my insurance just in case and reimburse me if they paid. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Progressive Periodontics to a friend.

This a top-notch dental office. Staff friendly, helpful and on time. Yesterday Ashley did my cleaning was super professional, friendly did a nice job and paid attention to whether the cleaning comfortable or not. I don't know the name of the staff person at the counter but she helped me figure my billing and was professional as well. If you need periodontic care this is the place to go. Dr. Thanik and his staff are the best!

I had an excellent experience working with Dr. Thanik and all the wonderful support staff at Progressive Periodontics.
